Yes it's official.....Darlene is broken already Sad

Rear drive shaft u-joint disintegrated so Ness has ordered a replacement from the states. Hopefully it won't take too long to get here so we can get her back on the road scaring Saxos again.

Not the AA but the insurance does have breakdown cover. The guys face when he came to bring her home was a picture by all accounts. She came home the day she broke down we've just been waiting for the part to arrive to get her back on the road. It's meant we've had time to purchase a few ratty kitsch hick truck style accessories though.........looking for a gun rack next.

Diva is home at last. She was in garage for the best part of a month. I had to go and collect one of the coliovers because it was leaking and send it to Avo for reconditioning. New distributor, pretty much full service... and finally one MOT hurrahh. Big clean in the next few days and then up for sale.

did driving the diva back make you smile, still think she should be locked up behind bars for a few years to preserve her integrity as shes a quite impressionable age and might get lead astray by some newer owners.
